Library Cards and Lost Item's

Library Cards:

• Please Present a Driver's License OR ID with a local or County address
• A utility bill with the local address will also be accepted along with the ID or Driver's License

To Replace a Lost card, a fee of $ 1.00 will be charged.

Renew at the Circulation Desk during your regular visit.

• Renew on the Phone 989-826-3613 for the main branch or 989-848-0994 for Fairview Branch
  
• Late fees are $0.10 per day for books and $1.00 per day for movies.
  
  Lost or Damaged Items:

If an item is Lost or Damaged enough that it cannot be repaired and returned to circulation, the Borrower will be charged the cost of the item.
